We're thrilled to announce the launch of a formal partnership between Oregon Corrections Enterprises (OCE) and Opportunity Oregon. This collaboration brings together the strengths of both organizations, along with dedicated partners across the state, all united in our commitment to supporting adults in custody as they prepare for release.

Together, we're expanding access to statewide workshops, career fairs, and reentry support that connect individuals with employers, educational pathways, and community resources. By coordinating our efforts, we can reach more adults in custody, provide more consistent support, and create more meaningful opportunities than either organization could achieve alone.

At its heart, this partnership is about breaking down barriers to employment for people with criminal records, promoting public safety, and reducing recidivism. By combining OCE's logistical expertise and infrastructure with Opportunity Oregon's knowledge in training, job placement, and community outreach, we are creating a stronger, more connected network of support for justice involved Oregonians.
