Metal Fabrication & Welding

Participants gain advanced skills in fabrication, welding, and project management. Certifications include:
  • OCE Industrial Technology – Metal Fabrication & Welding
  • NCCER Core
  • NCCER Welding Levels 1–3
  • NCCER Project Management
  • BOLI Welding Apprenticeship
  • AWS Qualification Cards for advanced welds (including 3G and 4G)

Wood Manufacturing & Upholstery

Training focuses on carpentry, cabinetry, and upholstery with an emphasis on precision and quality. Certifications include:

Custodial

Participants receive formal training combined with supervised on-the-job experience. These credentials prepare participants for careers in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance, emphasizing infection control, safety, and industry standards. These certifications are available in most OCE programs.

Electrical Apprenticeship

OCE offers BOLI Electrical Apprenticeships for:
