This special compilation brings together powerful moments from past OCE Voices stories, highlighting the experiences of adults in custody participating in Oregon Corrections Enterprises programs. Through hands-on training in trades such as manufacturing, textiles, Braille transcription, call center operations, and more, participants gain industry-recognized skills, certifications, and meaningful work experience. These programs are designed to build discipline, confidence, and opportunity, both during incarceration and after release.
