Alberto believes the experience outweighs the stress and pay

"This job has given me confidence in myself and I believe I can be successful with the training and opportunity I've been given. Department of Corrections has very little programs for offenders to transition back into society with a set skill. I appreciate it and I 100% believe in the program of OCE."
