"This journey has taught me so much about myself. The program, formally named The Braille Cell," represents the merging of braille and the experience of those serving time in a cell. The clever name was actually chosen by the AICs involved in the program. Now entering its second year, the braille program has been a great success, and I am proud to be part of it."
