"When I first got here I was told that OCE is the place to work. Everybody who really wants to better their life, works for OCE…. It's a very professional environment and you have to learn to communicate, learn to listen, and ensure that you are giving the client what they ask for. I love knowing that I'm really helping society, and I'm helping give back."



Voices is a platform for the people in OCE programs to have a platform to speak to the community. Voices consists of both videos and letters from program participants, allowing them to express their thoughts by speaking from the heart. This series offers a chance for the public to see they are people who prefer to speak for themselves. They are aware of the societal climate pushing for change and they are not in complete agreement.
