  • Document preparation, scanning, and indexing/bookmarking
  • OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for searchable, editable text
  • Secure hardcopy destruction aligned with industry standards
  • Quality control and accuracy verification
  • Compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, etc.)
  • Workflow management for high-volume scanning projects
  • Customer service and project reporting
