Who Qualifies to Purchase from OCE

State and local governments are qualified to purchase from OCE.  Prison Blues customers, please contact your nearest retailer. 

Shipping, Pricing, Return and Cancellation Information

Billing

Cash, Checks, Credit Cards and Purchase Orders are gladly accepted. In addition, we offer Direct Billing to all Government Agencies.

Freight Charges

OCE will pre-pay shipping charges and add them to the invoice if requested, using the carrier and method of our best judgment unless instructions are provided on the order.

Shipping

All orders are shipped F.O.B. from the point of origin, using local and long distance truck lines to ensure the best possible rates and delivery times.

Errors or Shortage

All claims for shortages or errors in shipping must be made within five (5) days of receipt of shipment.
