2021-22 Fiscal Year – 2nd QTR Reporting

The 2nd quarterly review of our agency performance measurements and targets continues in a virtual environment. The review of fundamentals map to determine if the sub processes are current/valid and assigned to the correct core process is ongoing. We are completed review of the sub-processes for the core operating processes and are now reviewing the sub-processes for the supporting processes.

We had three measures move into GREEN after being in either yellow or red:

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

This briefly summarizes important areas where the agency has made great improvements, but it’s not to say there are no other areas in need of attention. In fact, we lost ground on several measures this quarter. The agency does have some measures which have stayed in the red for three quarters or more, and these measures are an excellent opportunity for us to take action.
