Warranty

OCE products are to be free of defects in workmanship for a period of 1 year. Seller shall not be liable to Buyer for incidental or consequential damages, including damages, direct, or indirect, arising from the use of or inability to use its products. Contact our representative for details.

Seller’s sole obligation is limited to replacing or restoring the defective products or refunding to Buyer the amount paid of Sellers products.

Seller warrants only to its Buyer that products sold hereunder conform to the description of the product, no other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are made by Seller. The foregoing provisions do not apply in states where prohibited.
