Introduction

OCE’s CCCF contact center is a fully equipped call center with 30 agent cubicles.

We currently have inbound services operating out of this facility. We are also capable of setting up virtually any outbound calling project.

OCE’s CCCF contact center program has partnered with state agencies for over 18 years to answer incoming public inquiries.

Location

We are located in Wilsonville, Oregon operating out of Coffee Creek Correctional Facility.
Operational Hours
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Closed: Holidays and weekends, per statute we are open on state furlough days.

Technology

OCE’s CCCF contact center uses hybrid VOiP, with Avaya Phone Systems.
